The strategy management aims at ensuring:

  • The relevance of the Network’s programme of activities as a whole with respect to outside changes, including scientific, technological, legal, economic, or environmental events.

  • The relevance of the Network’s structures, partnership, resources, and planning to its current objectives. These objectives will be achieved through.

  • Monitoring of topicalities that may impact on the project for which specific resources will be dedicated.

  • Assessment of the events having a potential influence on the joint programme of activities.

  • Design, development and implementation of strategic re-orientation whenever necessary. Interactions are foreseen with all integration, research and dissemination activities.
