An infrastructure for the tracking and processing of libraries and sequences produced by the Centre National de Sequencage (CNS) in the frame of IA 1.2 has been set up. The CBiB Library Database and the CBiB Sequence Analysis Interface are available for registered user.

Sequences produced by the CNS will be automatically collected, processed and made available on the CBiB server. The processing of the sequences covers: clustering of ESTs, the detection of SNPs and SSRs, and the semi automatic annotation of ESTs and clusters.

The CBiB Library Database can be used to submit further libraries.
