The objective of the TreePop database is to offer possibility to TreePop users to link genotypic and phenotypic data acquired on ISS and ISP collections to other genotypic and phenotypic data mapped in different pedigrees and assessed in association populations. Moreover, the structure of TreePop database will allows comparisons between species.
Besides information concerning mapping pedigrees and association population, TreePop database stores passport data, genotypic data and phenotypic data for individuals sampled in Evoltree ISS and previous ISP collections. An ISS collection corresponds to a collection of genotypes sampled for one or several species in one of the seven Evoltree ISS. The ISP collections correspond to genotypes sampled in Oak Intensive Study Plots defined in previous European projects dealing with oak natural genetic diversity.
Once uploaded to the TreePop database, all passport, phenotypic and genotypic data sets are available through the eLab search interface.

Upload Genotypic or Phenotypic Data
If you would like to submit genotypic or phenotypic data to the TreePop database, you can follow one of the following options:

Option 1: The genotypes of interest have not been uploaded to Treepop database yet.
