Please note: The preliminary date of the workshop is early September, the exact date has not been finalized yet!
The purpose of this meeting is to bring together the Populus research community within Evoltree.
Objectives of the workshop:
- Decide on HT sequencing requirements
- Decide on HT genotyping platform
- Determine traits for adaption to drought and adaption to day length
- Sharing of QTLs
- Report of comparative mapping in five mapping POPs
- Report of progess of the cMAP database
- Develop a workplan for the remainder of the project
