This course is open for researchers and PhD students. Priority will be given to members of EVOLTREE labs. The course is organised by the University of Göttingen (P8).

Lectures are structured around 4 x 1.5 hours per day and are scheduled for 4 days. A one day field trip to the ISS Solling is planned for Wednesday.

Topics included:

• Sources of spatial and temporal variation of genetic structures
• Spatial analysis (characterization of spatial patterns)
• Temporal variation (variation at different time scales)
• Demonstration of genetic variation for some beech stands at the ISS Solling

Travel, accommodation and registration fees are free for EVOLTREE members.
